Perfect for entertaining in great room with 25 ft stone fireplace.  Free flowing chef's kitchen and diningroom join this room.

Play pool or swim in the pool, hot tub on deck overlooks Stratton Mountain in the distance.

Media center, central digital entertainment system with outdoor speakers to listen to your favorite music as you sled down the trails on the property.

Enjoy the outdoor dining room, complete with fireplace as you watch the leaves turn or the frost on the october pumkins.  Wild turkey, deer, moose and other animals of nature pass through the property.

Montain bike, trails, snow shoe or simply walk around the groomed property at dusk with a glass of pinot noir.

25 minute to Mount Snow, 35 Minutes to Stratton Mountain.  Within a few miles of excellent food, entertainment.

minimum 2 night stay, weekends friday-sunday, mid-week monday-friday

$500/night up to 6 people, each additional person $100/night

$4,000 per week, Winter Season

$8,000 per month for total Ski Season

$10,000 for single month

pet's considered with extra security and cleaning charge

security deposit base on 50% of total stay

ski season december 1-april 1 (earlier or longer if interested).  Full season renter gets march spring ski month free.

This house was fantastic! I stayed there in early February with a group of 10 people, all in our late 20's/early 30's. It was a perfect set-up for us because each couple had their own space and privacy (the 4 bathrooms are a huge plus!) but there was also more than enough space for us to all hang out together in the common areas. The house is impeccably maintained, and the hot tub was filled and warm for us when we arrived! The fireplace is gorgeous, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, the table is big enough for nice family-style meals, the grounds are beautiful and are great for hiking or sledding... it's just a wonderful place. My only suggestion would be to put curtains or blinds on the windows so that people can sleep in and have privacy when others are outside. Overall, a terrific winter trip -- I hope I get to come back in the summer!

Perfect Weekend

The Tough Mudder brought us up to Mt. Snow, VT this past weekend and we stayed at this beautiful home. We were a party of 10 and came from both NY and MA. The home was very easy to find. The layout of the house was perfect for our big group - tons of bedrooms and bathrooms, all decorated beautifully. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need. The media room was great although we spent all of our time out on the huge deck - in the pool, hot tub, making smores in the fire pit. The only drawback is that we only stayed the weekend. The house has so much to offer that we were only able to utilize a few things for the short time that we were there. Would love to stay for a week the next time. We left this afternoon already planning our next trip back to this beautiful home.

A group of us just stayed here over the weekend as we were participating in the Tough Mudder event which took place at Mount Snow. The house was ideal location wise for the event as it is only about 20 (ish) minutes from Mount Snow. It was perfect for us as a large group as there was more than enough space for us all to gather in the kitchen/living room/finished basement or Outside on the deck. Plus with 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms sleeping arrangements were not a problem and all the bathrooms came in useful for all the 'tough mudders' to shower after the event. We had use of the fabulous pool and hot tub outside and the pool house which has an open fire and is screened was perfect for the adults to gather in the evening.
Would definately recommend this house for rental, only suggestion I could make to the owners (and downside to the house) is there were no blinds/curtains on the bedroom windows, which made napping during the day for kids impossible and even sleeping for adults was a pain as you were awake at 6:00am when daylight broke. Other than that our stay there was great.
