Much better than we could have imagined.

We went to Oregon for a family vacation for 2 couples, and adult single, a famiy of a couple and three young boy. We have rented houses for this purpose over the years. This year we are in California, and oh, how I wish Bella Vista was available here! The descriptions and photos do not do justice to this property. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, beautiful colors. The kitchen was very well stocked so meals and snacks for our 10 were a joy to prepare. The bedroom areas are spacious. The beds and bedding luxurious. When the description says the property sleeps 14, that is 14 in comfortable beds, not convertibles or different qualities--all are wonderful. I can sleep even more than that. There are private baths for 3 of the bedrooms. The 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bath. There is a queen bed in each of these rooms, as well as a bunk bed kind of situation: full on the bottom, single on top. But these "bunks" were of a quality I've neve seen. The bottom floor has a fusbol and a large family room type area. That floor was perfect for one of our daughters and her family with three boys. The third floor had another "get away" area with couch, chair, books, lamps, vistas to the sea, besides the two bedrooms with their bathrooms. There is another half bath, just in case the other 4 aren't enough!! Beautiful laundry room with washer, dryer, storage space. Great for taking care of our needs after a day at the beach. It was easy to keep clean. Had some great reading material and games as well as electronic enteratainment equipment--all working well. Just up the street is a beautiful forest walk, which eventually leads to the beach. We took this walk or walked to town daily--we love to walk. Looked outside the window or front door to see the deer.
We had a question the first day, called, and received immediate help to remedy it. It is a short walk to the beach. The noise of the surf is not right outside you window but from almost every room in the house, the surf is seen. I think you can see that we would rent this place again in a minute, and don't hesitate recommending it.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

What a great house has everything one would need. Each level gives everyone area's to have their own spaces. Most wonderful full view's of the ocean, close to everything. Just a beautiful
home with everything. Their was twleve women, no waiting for a bathroom. This home is so comfortable we did not want to leave, and hoping to rent it again next year for our girls weekend. No one shall be at all disappointed in renting this home.

Recommended for: girls getaway, sight seeing
