We have 2 rental properties.  One property sleeps 6 and the other is much larger and sleeps 8.

 #2 - (pictured)Loft Apartment over owner's storage area, sleeps 6.   Prime south side location with gorgeous sunsets and wonderful amenities. Boat dock at your front door.  $429 - $850 a week.  Weekday special - 5 nights $529.

Weekly      rental is $850/$300 deposit,  7 nights,  Friday  6 pm   -thru-   Friday 1 pm      

Weekday special is $529/$300 deposit,  5 nights,  Sunday 6 pm  -thru-   Friday  1 pm

Weekends are         $429/$300 deposit,  2 nights,  Friday   6 pm  -thru-   Sunday 3 pm

The deposit is returned within 10 days if there is no damage or excessive cleaning.

3 Bedroom house  that sleeps 8;         maximim occupancy is 9 persons    

Weekly rental is      $1,999/$500 deposit, 7 nights,  Friday  6 pm -thru- Friday   1  pm      

Weekday special is $1,299/$500 deposit, 5 nights,  Sunday 6 pm -thru- Friday   1 pm.

Weekends are         $   999/$500 deposit, 2 nights,  Friday   6 pm -thru- Sunday 3 pm
