Vacation Rental Description
Our new villa, completed in July, 2005, is conveniently located in
Sandy Ridge subdivision, Davenport with curved driveways, wooded
backdrop, and lovely ponds. It is 15 minutes from Disney’s main
entrance, less than 20 minutes from Universal Studios and half an
hour from the airport. One mile from I-4, it is easy to access to
many attractions that Orlando has to offer. There’s a supermarket, a
pharmacy and several restaurants within two miles radius. For golf
players, Champion Gate is less than two minutes away!
Our air-conditioned, fully furnished villa has two master en-suites
with its own large private bathroom, one with a king-size bed and
another with a queen-size bed. There are 2 twin bedrooms that
share a 3rd full bathroom. There is also a queen sofa bed in the
living room. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
The open living room/dining area offers spacious room for family
and friends gathering.
Our fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,
coffeemaker, toaster, and all kitchen gadgets to fulfill your need
for cooking and eating.
The south facing swimming pool and spa bring in beautiful Florida
sunshine all day long. It is fully screened to keep the insects out
while allowing the sunshine to come in. The pool also comes with a
child safety fence and gate. The covered lanai provides pleasant
shade from the sun so you can stay cool. There is also a Jacuzzi/spa
for your ultimate relaxation after a long day at the nearby parks.
The villa is managed by a professional local management company with
a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

Low Season: $650 per week
Middle Season: $750 per week
High Season: $850 per week
Holiday Weeks*: $900 per week
(* New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Notes: Rates in US Funds.
Pool/spa heating: $20/day, $130/wk when requested
Local Taxes: 12% should be added to the rate
