The upscale three-story, three-bedroom Penthouse condominum sits on the third floor of the historic Story and Clark piano factory, and features the most spectacular views in downtown Grand Haven. The lower level is a suite that contains a full kitchen, a full bath, washer & dryer, and bedroom with queen bed and private balcony. The middle level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a bathroom (with washer & dryer), while the upper has a dining room, half bath, full kitchen, living room, and large balcony. Four inflatable twin mattresses and bedding are available, to allow the condo to sleep from 6 to 10 guests. It's the perfect get-away perfect for several couples and large families.

Stays are weekly, from Sunday to Sunday. Check in at 3 PM and check out at 11 AM.

Normal rates are $2500 per week, and $2800 for the weeks of July 4th and the Coast Guard Festival (July 4 - July 12, and July 26 - Aug 2). 50% of the rate is required to hold the reservation, with the remainder due by check-in. A refundable $500 security deposit is also required upon arrival. A cleaning fee may apply.
