The upscale three-story, three-bedroom Penthouse condominum sits on the third floor of the historic Story and Clark piano factory, and features the most spectacular views in downtown Grand Haven. The lower level is a suite that contains a full kitchen, a full bath, washer & dryer, and bedroom with a king bed and private balcony. The middle level has two bedrooms, Master bedroom has a king bed and private balcony, guest room has a queen bed, and a bathroom (with washer & dryer), while the upper fifth floor has a dining room, half bath, full kitchen, living room, and large balcony. Four inflatable twin mattresses and bedding are available, to allow the condo to sleep from 6 to 10 guests. It's the perfect get-away perfect for several couples and large families.

SUMMER:

Stays are weekly, from Sunday to Sunday. Check in at 4 PM and check out at 11 AM.

Normal rates are $2550 per week, and $3000 for the weeks of July 4th and the Coast Guard Festival. 50% of the rate is required to hold the reservation, with the remainder due 15 days before check in. A refundable $300 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 days of check out.  No Cleaning fee as long as property is left clean. $25.00 processing fee with a Credit Card reservation.
