Floating Condo in Yuma

Fabulously fun floating condo at Lake Martinez in Yuma Arizona! You are in the best location possible and cannot get any closer to the water unless you dive in!

Your floating condo, the 53' x 14' Skipperliner Houseboat "Erika Jerene", remains at the dock adjacent to the boat ramp providing you with a constant prime location and access to the:

• Gift and souvenier shop
• Store, snacks and drinks
• Bait and tackle shop
• Boat shop
• Restaurant
• Cantina
• Boat launch area
• Fuel dock

I supply all linens, towels, dishes, cookware, etc. Please ask for an inventory list...

Fully eqipped kitchen with full-sized refrigerator - plenty of room for your favorite treats! Cozy electric fireplace and large TV in living room!

Your completely furnished vacation home on the water is always the right temperature with central heat and air, and will sleep up to eight:

• Upstairs master bedroom with queen sized pillow topped mattress (private deck, TV and DVD!)
• Upstairs living room with double sized futon (Fireplace, TV, DVD, surround sound!)
• Downstairs cuddy with queen sized futon
• Second smaller downstairs cuddy with two twins

The back deck is the ideal location to safely and securely dock your speedboat and jet skis. Bring your fishing gear and drop your line here! Dive in for a swim and climb back onboard using the swim ladder!

You can enjoy the most fabulous views of the lake and marina while grilling your catch of the day on your private top-deck!

Bring your MP3 or favorite CDs and enjoy them in surround sound. And don't forget your favorite DVDs to enjoy on one of the two flat-screen TVs! (We now also have the local TV channels...)
