This cozy cottage is located on Cape Cod Bay, just about 3 miles north of Cape Cod Canal.  It is situated on a bluff overlooking the entire bay without obstruction.  On clear days you can see the Provincetown Tower across the Bay, watch the maritime traffic, and observe the lobster boats, and explore the beach.

Property is set on a private dead- end street; very quiet without the traffic noise. Shaws supermarket is 1/2 mile from the house.

Walk or bike along the Cape Cod Canal, jump on the ferry and head on over to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard for the day.

Plymouth (10 miles north) has many historic area attractions, the Plimoth Plantation, the Mayflower II, whale watching cruises, assortment of museums.  Public Golf courses Waverly Oaks, Pine Hills.

Boston is 1 hour ride to the north (50 miles).

·         Weekly:  $1,000.00-$1,500.00; contact the owner for other rates

·         Refundable security deposit: $300.00

·         Cleaning fee: $100

·         50% rental deposit is required with a signed lease agreement to reserve vacation week;  and balance as well as security deposit and cleaning fee are due month prior to vacation week
