Bright and spacious 2/2 farm house with a loft, fire place, and game room on almost 100 acres. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen. With the loft and sofas, our home could sleep many. A hot tub, game room with pool table and basketball hoop are available. This Spectacular setting on 97 acres with hiking trails, pastures and small streams is just 20 minutes from town but a million miles away. Beautiful views from the porch and tranquil surroundings all around. This is the ideal place to relax, decompress and connect with nature.
Our home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: gas oven/range, microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, and DirecTV. Indoor pet room available.
This is an ideal place to spend the holidays. If there is snow, be ready for cross country skiing or down hill sledding.

This charming farm house is located between the towns of Franklin and Sylva. Step back in time and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings all around you or take a day trip to Highlands, Cherokee, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Asheville or Atlanta. The area offers several beautiful waterfalls and picnic areas. Franklin has a large library, several restaurants, bowling, a movie theater, small museums, and an arcade for families with young children. Enjoy a show at our brand new Fine Arts Center or visit the beautiful grounds and art museum at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee. Of course, a visit to Franklin would not be complete without gem mining.

Cullasaja Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and Dry Falls are within a 40 minute drive on a spectacular scenic road that leads to the beautiful town of Highlands.
