TERMS:
With a $200 credit card deposit, We will hold your reservation for 7 days w/in which time the balance of your payment MUST be received.
Weekly: Payable in full when reserved
Monthly: 50% when reserved - Balance due 2 weeks prior to expected arrival  Cash or Certified Check only (Personal check accepted if more than 2 weeks from expected arrival.)
Weekly Rates are based on our 7 night "Special" w/ Sunday Arrival
Arrivals other than Sunday - $100 will be added
The NIGHTLY rate for this villa is $389 - *2 nite minimum - arrival on any day of the week - no cleaning fee (*3 night min Feb 7 - 14) 
Monthly rates are based on 28 days w/ Sunday Arrival.
Arrivals other than Sunday - $100 will be added
Utilities are additional on Monthly Rentals - charged at $65 per every 4 week period in your stay.
7% Sales Tax plus 3% Bed Tax is added to all reservations. 
$95 Cleaning fee is added to all weekly & Monthly reservations (Covers 3 hours) $30 each additional hour.
Fee for Cot "bedding & towels": $100

Absolutely NO SMOKING. We charge a carpet & drapery cleaning fee of $500 if we can detect cigarette or cigar smoke upon your departure.
Absolutely NO SPRING BREAKERS - you will loose your funds & be required to leave.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$500 security Deposit on all rentals of 1 week to 2 months- $1,000 for rentals of 2 months or more. These monies will be refunded w/in 4 weeks of your departure less any fees due for additional cleaning &/or damage 
CANCELLATION FEE:
Cancellations 4 weeks prior to your expected arrival - Fee is equal to 1 Night at the published regular nightly rate ($389) for each week you have reserved.
Cancellations within 4 weeks - Fee is equal to 2 Nights at published regular nightly rate ($389 ) for each week you have reserved.
