TERMS:
With a $200 non-refundable credit card deposit, we will hold your reservation for 7 days w/in which time the balance of your reservation MUST be received in full. Certified Check or Money Order only. Payments are non-refundable once received.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
- $125 Cleaning fee is added to all reservations
- Arrival on a day other than Saturday - Add $200
Absolutely NO SMOKING. We charge a carpet & drapery cleaning fee of $500 if we can detect cigarette or cigar smoke upon your departure.
Absolutely NO SPRING BREAKERS or guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parents - you will loose your funds & be required to leave.
