Memorial Day - Labor Day:         $120/night, 2 night minimum ($600/wk)

September - December:             $100/night, 2 night minimun ($500/wk)

January - February:                    $ 80/night, 2 night minimun ($400/wk)

There is a $35 cleaning fee for stays of 2 nights.  If your stay is 3 nights or more the cleaning fee is waived.
