An Oasis!

My family, a wife and two teenagers, stayed at this condo in early August 2011. We have been coming up to South Haven for some 20 years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at.

The condo unit is new and is housed in a handsome well constructed 6 story building which, is extremely quiet- we never ever heard any noise from any of the other units our entire stay.

The condo unit is clean and spacious, and has all the modern amenities you could ask for including Wi-Fi.

The location is perfect.The view of the river is gorgeous. We spent many a lazy afternoon and evening on the patio watching the boats going up and down the river that feeds into Lake Michigan.

While it is only a short walk to the downtown area, it is far enough away so that you aren't caught up in any of downtown noise or traffic (we were there for the start of the Blueberry Festival which was quite busy – the unit was like an oasis). We even ventured down the Kal-Haven Trail which starts just a block away. the location also gave us easy acccess to the north and south beaches.

All in all we had a marvelous stay in South Haven this year which was in no small part due to staying in this condominium unit. I would definitely recommend this unit without reservation and plan to come back next year.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Our stay at this condo was amazing! The condo was in superb condition! It was very clean and had many of the amenities found at a hotel such as travel size shampoos, lotions, facial washes, etc. It was decorated nicely and the décor was up to date. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The owner was wonderful He even left a bottle of wine and some fruits and vegetables from the local farmers market for us! In the mornings and evenings we loved watching the boats come in and out of the lake. It was so peaceful! There is much to do nearby and you can easily walk or bike to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Recommended for: families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
