To Rent Our Condo/Deposit: 

Be sure that the Condo is available. Check the calendar. We welcome your weekly or monthly rental (Peak Season) or min 3 night rental (Value Season).
You may reserve your dates with a $250.00 non-refundable deposit (applied to your rental) using a V/MC/AMX/Discover card by phone. With your rental deposit, we will 1) reserve your vacation dates and remove availability from our web sites, 2) execute and email a Vacation Rental Agreement/Terms for your signature.

About two weeks prior to your arrival, (provided that we have received your signed Agreement and full payment), we will forward 1) A door code number, 2) driving directions, 3) list of things to bring, 4) recommendations for fun things to see and do, 5) parking pass.

Enjoy this beautifully renovated one bedroom, one bath vacation condo. Sleeps 6 (4 adults, 2 kids comfortably). Channel Harbor Unit A-1 is just a block from the ocean dunes. Or if you prefer, about 100 yards from the Intra Coastal Waterway. An easy walk for all ages. Kid tested, mother approved! Free Wi-Fi at the pool.

Enjoy our great pool and deck, outdoor shower, ground floor storage room (for sandy, heavy items or bikes). Outdoor grills and picnic table. Walk to the Isles Restaurant just down the street. Minutes from The Pier, rentals (bikes, boats, boards, chairs), restaurants, grocery, shopping, charter fishing, golf, sightseeing, parasail...all the fun beachy things.

Channel Harbor is about 10-15 minutes from winery tours and ocean gambling. 35 minutes from Myrtle Beach attractions (shopping, live shows, Broadway At The Beach), 45 minutes from Wilmington (USS North Carolina, historic district tours, riverfront boardwalk). 

NOTE: This condo was bought at foreclosure and has been completely renovated. It is owned by 5 Channel Harbor property owners* who are motivated to sell. If after staying a week you make an offer to purchase and it is accepted, we will apply 100% of your rental at the closing. Welcome, we hope you love Channel Harbor as much as we do.

This is a non-smoking/pet unit. Sorry, no golf/street carts or trailers allowed on premises.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS- BEFORE MARCH 1, 2012- If your reservation must be cancelled, for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited unless the house is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented, monies will be refunded less the reservation rental deposit. No Refunds AFTER MARCH 1, 2012. No refunds for mandatory evacuations. In case of mandatory evacuations, we may (totally at our discretion) offer you a reduced rent or alternate date(s). You may also purchase vacation rental insurance from a 3rd party. 

PETS and SMOKING: We are absolutely convinced that your pet is clean, well behaved, perfectly adorable and exceptional in every way possible. However, guests that are specifically looking for smoke and pet free accommodations expect and deserve what we advertise, 100% of the time, without exceptions. This is a smoke and pet free rental. Sorry, we don't make exceptions for any reason. Please do not ask.

Rental Terms: 

Prices quoted are in US funds. V/MC/AMX/Discover accepted. Personal checks accepted up to 60 days before rental, otherwise certified funds will be required. Damage deposit $250.00 (cash customers). Credit card customers will allow credit card to be used to satisfy damage deposit. Taxes 12.75% (6% accommodations, 6.75% sales) $75.00 cleaning.

Need time to pay? We can break the payment into several monthly payments upon request. 

Cancelation Policy. Before March 1, 2012: No cancelations unless the unit is re-rented for the same weeks and amount. As such, a $250.00 cancelation charge will be levied. No cancelations 60 days prior to a rental or after March 1, 2012. No refunds for mandatory evacuations. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, the owner, totally at our discretion, may offer an alternate date or extremely discounted rate at another time.
