   This is a secure, gated, resort community developed and built with vacations in mind for all the family from young to the not so young! Relax and enjoy this vacation in impressive but fun surroundings with a wide variety of amenities within the resort, located near Florida's main 
attractions. It is built within a village concept allowing you to go for walks and your children to play safely within the surrounding relaxing resort.
    The condominium has three spacious bedrooms which can sleep up to six people comfortably. The master bedroom has a deep-jetted tub which is just the thing after a day at the parks. There is also a king-size bed and TV with cable located in the master bedroom. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both bedrooms have the use of a spacious upstairs bathroom with luxury extras.
   Downstairs the kitchen area is fully fitted with full-size appliances including a stacked washer/dryer, a breakfast bar and a dining room table, this is an open plan to the living room area with a TV with cable, DVD player and VCR. The condominium has been tastefully decorated throughout with some luxury extras such as ceiling fans in all rooms, cultured marble vanities, and decorative lighting amongst many others, lending to to a relaxed atmosphere.
   This upscale resort boasts 24-hour security and 24-hour "on call" contact with a well equipped and quality clubhouse with internet access. No smoking, please.

Amenities within our property are:
Air Conditioning, washer, dryer, linens are provided (bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, bath and kitchen towels).
Beds: The master bedroom located downstairs has one kingsize bed, upstairs bedrooms: one full bed and one with two twin beds.
The master bedroom has a Jetted Tub in Bath, the upstairs bathroom also has a sink located just outside the bathroom as well as a sink and shower located within it. All fitted to a luxurious standard.
Kitchen: Full kitchen icluding a refrigerator with ice maker, full stove, oven microwave, sink and dishwasher. Cooking Utensils Provided - The kitchen is complete with pots/pans & cutlery for preparing meals. There is also a small breakfast bar.
Telephone for guests is not available, cell phone is needed. There is a public phone located at the Club House.
Outdoor Features: Parking is located at the front of the building. There is one large heated community pool and 3 small non heated community pools located within the complex. At each of the pool areas there is a children's play area. Also at these areas are Charcoal BBQ Grills - using charcoal to create cooking heat.

There is an abundance of entertainment within easy reach of Venetian Bay Village such as Golf, Airboat rides, Horseriding, Kayaking, Cinema and Shopping, Dinner Shows, Restaurants, Theme Parks, Miniature Golf and Helicopter Rides plus many others.
On site: Bikes for hire, Movie Theatre, Volleyball, Games Room, One Large Pool with Wraparound Deck and Three Smaller Pools around the Complex, Barbecue/Picnic Areas, Several Children's Play Areas, Internet Access in the Club House at the Business Centre, Basketball, Tennis, Gym, and Car Wash.

Would like to have long term renter, ie: 3, 6, 12 months.  Long term rates dependent on renter paying all utilities. 20% deposit required to hold reservation, balance due at arrival. Short term renters, utilities will be included in rate. $60 cleaning fee and Florida lodging taxes will be included in grand total for all renters. Inquire about discounts given all year long. Can not accept bookings for 3 nights or less.
