The House is located right on the river in the private "No Wake" canals - this gives you calm water and an area for the kids to swim, play and float out in the canal just steps from the house. Huge windows along the entire back of the house provide a panoramic water view of the canal.

There is 50 ft of private dock that runs the length of the property, for your boats and toys - right outside your back door. The river house boasts a large covered patio the runs the width of the house about 45 ft x 17 ft, creating a roomy yet comfortable place, sheltered all day from the sun, to relax, enjoy friends, to watch the sun set over the red rocks, and watch other boaters cruise up and down the canal. After a full day of being out on the river, there is nothing better than a BBQ and hanging out on the dock. If the river is calling you just step into your boat right off your private dock and away you go!

This home is decorated with comfort in mind, has everything you could possibly need, fully stocked closets with extra blankets, towels, a large movie collection and much more, but no extra owner items are stored around the home - to make you feel like it is your vacation home. With the very open layout of the Living Rm/Kitchen and eating area this is the perfect entertaining home - with the hostess in mind. You can be cooking watching the kids outside from the kitchen or at the same time you are able to watch HD TV from across the room. The home is kept clean and always maintained. This home is your “home away from home.”

The large Master Bdrm has a Cal King Bed with its own private Master Bath. There are also 2 large 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen Beds. There are 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. The Huge Living Room (large enough to play Twister in!) features 3 sofas plus and some chairs for guests as well as a big HDTV, a DVD & VHS player . If our Home is not available for the desired dates, please send me an email - sometimes we get cancellations.

Drive your boats to the Bluewater Casino or one of the riverfront restaurants or one of the floating bars directly from your back door. Easy access to shopping and fuel both by boat and car. You are about 45 mins by car to Lake Havasu. Summer visitors enjoy boating, jet skiing, water skiing, parasailing, and wakeboarding. Winter visitors enjoy riding motorcycles and ATV's or just relax, read a book outside and watch the river float by. You are about 3 miles to the Emerald Cyn Golf Course.
