Championship - Golf Course View (with cart) in The Villages

Our home, is a beautifully decorated courtyard villa located in a very private area on Glenview golf course.  Electric cart included.  What sets our home apart is the 24' x 16' lanai with relaxing furniture, outside TV, and ceiling fan.  When enjoying your home away from home, you'll spend most of your waking hours in your outdoor living room.  What's nice about our location is that it is nestled away from the main roads yet is centrally located between both town squares and the newest shopping and dining establishments in The Villages.  Also close by are the Polo Fields, the Savannah Center, community pool & recreation center, and softball fields.  All can be easily accessed with your included Club Car golf cart.

We have a fully furnished home with all major appliances, 3 indoor ceiling fans, and upgraded lighting .  Our indoor living area has the extended floor plan with raised ceilings so you won't feel "boxed in".  Both bedrooms are queen size with the guest bedroom having a Murphy bed.  When not in use, this enables you to have an extra room for exercise, hobbies, etc.  The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cookware and dinnerware along with a Weber gas grill outside on the patio.  We also have an armoire that when opened is an office type setup with a Dell computer, wireless internet and printer.  You can also use the Savannah Center's computer lab which is close by.  We have satellite TV with TV's in the living room, master bedroom, and lanai.  Local phone service with unlimited long distance is provided. 

October - $1600 per month (plus 7% sales tax & 2% bed tax)

November 1st thru December 31st - $1900 per month (plus 7% sales tax & 2% bed tax)

January 1st thru March 31st - $2900 per month or $2700 per month if book for all 3 months. (plus 7% sales tax & 2% bed tax)

April - $1900 (plus 7% sales tax & 2% bed tax)

May through September 30th - $1300 (plus 7% sales tax & 2% bed tax)

1st month's rent is due 30 days prior to booking.

Refundable $500 security deposit after end of booking.

NOTE: The Villages charges a one-time fee of $50 for two Villages ID Cards. These cards allow you, the renter, to enjoy all activities of a Villages Resident. Free golf, entry to Katie Belles and use of all Recreation Centers, etc
