Quaint four bedroom single story cottage located directly on Otis Reservoir in secluded cove. Fresh paint and all new floors and appliances. Quiet street with most owners there for 30 years plus. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has two twin beds and the last bedroom has two twin beds and a bunk bed with two singles. Across the front of the house there is a glass/screened-in porch facing the lake and a big deck on the side of the house offers views of the lake. There is a large dock on the water perfect for catching rays or jumping into the lake. The house is very convenient and close to all Berkshire amenities. It has been in our family for over 40 years, and we've had a lot of great times there.
