Deposit/Security:   Refundable $250.00 for less than 1 month  $500.00 for 1 month or more. There is a 3% non refundable for Convience Fee for US guest and a 5% fee for Non US guest for credit cards. 

Rentals must pay in full 1 month prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made.

Taxes County and State: 12.5%

Cleaning: $80.00 for less than 1 month, $125 for 1 month or more plus tax of 12.5%.

Cleaning rates can change without notice.

Administration Fee $25.00, if booked through rental office.  

Reservation Cancellations:  Written cancellation within 30 days prior to weekly or monthly reservations during May through December.  Written cancellation within 180 days prior to all Winter rentals during Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr. there is a $50 Cancellation Fee for all Cancellations
*If cancellation is not within the policy guidelines or rental can not be filled the FULL reservation deposit will be forfeited*

Deposits will be returned within 30 days after stay provided the units is left as found.

Five guest are allowed. Additional guest must have approval from the owner.  Any additional guest will be charged $10.00 per person per day.  Any additional guest w/o approval will be charged $25.00 per guest per day.
