Adult Escape Beach Front in Mexico in Nuevo Vallarta

Escape to Flamingos Beach Mexico.  Walk out of your Mexican decor condo onto your patio view of the Pacific Ocean and walk right down to the water and sand.  Swim along the Private Beach or in the Infinity Pool at the sand's edge.

The 1 Bedroom Suit has a Kingsize bed with Flat Screen TV & Private Bath entrance.  Full Kitchen.  Ocean View from Large Patio.  This is my timeshare in Mexico (I'm a fractional owner).  We bought at this timeshare property because it attracts mostly adults.  Children are welcome, but there tend to be mostly adults and seniors at this beach front property. 

We love this part of Mexico and visit about once a year on average.  Please enjoy staying here and fall in love with the Puerto Vallarta area of Mexico like we did! 

The atmosphere is tropical and relaxed.  The staff is friendly and attentive.  You'll love this relatively small property!  It's only about 20 minutes to the Heart of Downtown Puerto Vallarta's Cobblestone streets liked with quaint restaurants, local Art Galleries, and lots of shopping.

Easy 20-30 minute drive from the airport.  At the airport, be sure to use the taxicabs from the main booth positioned right at the airport exit doors, which costs about $30.  Do not accept a "free cab ride" or any other offers from the airport unless you want someone to try to sell you something.  We learned the hard way!  Nothing is truly free in at the airport; there's always a catch.

When you first arrive at the resort property, the same holds true, although it's more sublte (not pushy like the airport).  I recommend NOT accepting a "property tour" or any "free offers or coupons" unless you are considering buying a timeshare.  It's a small property and once you get settled into your suite, just explore on your own, asking for direction when needed.  Of course, if you don't mind sitting through hours of meetings about buying timeshares and if you're actually interested in buying timeshares, go for it.  But most people just want to get away and relax.  If that's you, politely but firmly decline all offers of a "property tour" or free coupons!

Oh, and there have been no outbreaks of Swine Flu in this area (none in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, or Cabo).

Rates vary greatly depend on season and availability.  April thru October are easier months to get and have lower rates.
