Adult Escape Beach Front in Mexico in Nuevo Vallarta

Escape to Flamingos Beach Mexico.  Walk out of your Mexican decor condo onto your patio view of the Pacific Ocean and walk right down to the water and sand.  Swim along the private beach or in the infinity pool at the sand's edge.

We bought at this property because it attracts mostly adults.  Children are welcome, but there tends to be mostly adults and seniors at this beach front property.  Many of the other properties along the beach have lots and lots of children.  This one has more adults.

We only use it about once a year so you are welcome to use it anytime.  We can offer you either a 1 bedroom or studio suite.  Easy cab ride from the airport. 

The atmosphere is tropical and relaxed.  The staff is friendly and attentive.  You'll love this relatively small property!

At the airport, be sure to use the cabs from the booth at the airport exit, which costs about $30.  Do not accept a "free cab ride" or any other offers from the airport unless you want someone to try to sell you something.  We learned the hard way!  Nothing is free in Mexico.  There's always a catch.

When you visit the condo property, the same holds true.  I recommend NOT accepting any free offers from the concierge or other employees of the property because there's always a string attached.  In Mexico, nothing is free.  They are all trying to sell you something.  Of course, if you don't mind sitting through hours of meetings about buying timeshares and if you're actually interested in buying timeshares, go for it.  But most people just want to get away and relax.  If that's you, politely but firmly decline all offers of a "property tour" or free coupons!

Oh, and there have been no outbreaks of Swine Flu in this area (none in Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, or Cabo).

Queen size bed and a double sofa bed.
