Waves of Grace is a Gulf Front home with 8-bedrooms and 7.5-baths home located on a beautiful, uncrowded, private, sandy white beach. This home is approximately 18.5 miles west of Hwy. 59 and 7 miles east of historic Fort Morgan. Kiva Dunes Golf Course, one of the top rated public golf courses in the U.S., is located on six miles away! Seven other golf courses are located nearby. This 3 story home has three balconies and a private Hollywood pool.
The main level of this home has a living room (with a large sectional sofa), dining room (with two tables that seat a total of 16), a kitchen (that is fully equipped), a bar area that will seat five, a laundry facility and half bath. In addition, one of the master bedrooms is on the main level and has a king-size bed, a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf.
The second level of Waves of Grace has four bedrooms (three are gulf front). The second master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf.
