Sycamore Springs, like Sedona, is a destination place. Our suites are not four white walls and a cheap bed. Instead, a wide porch swing welcomes you to The Wynecoop Ranch House Suite to enjoy the sounds of the water below and the verdant views of the grounds. You might hear the distant sounds of cows lowing or horses whinnying. This suite sits high above the grounds and you feel like you're in a grand tree house as you look straight out over the ponds.

The entrance opens to a great room with high vaulted ceilings of honey colored knotty Pine. This spacious suite is 1400 Sq ft with an open floor plan. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the water garden, and ponds  below. Cellular shades maintain privacy  and Walnut stained pine plank flooring gives a casual elegance  as well as the ledge rock fireplace and hickory kitchen cabinets. Tastefully framed artwork and potted plants give an instant feeling of comfort and class.

This newly completed suite is air-conditioned in Summer and heated in Winter by a thermostatically controlled Heat pump at the flip of a switch. The gas fireplace gives auxiliary heat as well as ambience for romantic evenings with a glass of vino from a nearby winery. Satellite TV and wireless internet allow you to stay in touch, watch hundreds of stations, while you relax in beautiful surroundings in this peaceful location.

The dining room overlooks the grounds from a turret shaped room with cedar shake roof; an unusual interior architectural feature. Heavy barn wood posts are vivid reminders of this historic ranch before the days of tractors and gas powered combines.

 Sycamore Springs is located on a ranch 15 minutes from Sedona.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large side-by-side refrigerator /freezer, electric, glass-topped cook stove, dishwasher and large built-in microwave. The kitchen decor reflects old vineyards and new wineries which dot the Verde Valley from Jerome to Camp Verde. The spacious kitchen, open to the living room, is well stocked with new cookware, linens, dinnerware and counter appliances such as Coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, and toaster. You'll also find dish soap, condiments and all paper goods in the well stocked kitchen.

Off the great room, the laundry room offers you the convenience of a washer and dryer plus iron and ironing board.

This suite gives a two bedroom option. Both are equipped with king size Sealy Posturepedic beds, decorated with fluffy comforters, and are flanked by 2 oak nightstands and dresser. Sliding glass doors lead to the private porches  where sounds of the stream below will lull weary travelers to sleep. One attached bathroom has tile floors, countertop, gold fixtures, and shower plus a wall to wall closet with mirrored doors. The bath accessed through the master suite has tiled floors, corian countertops and tub surround for jetted tub plus a separate tiled shower. Suite can be rented as one or two bed/bath option. The spa that overlooks the pastures and pond is a short walk from your suite. Plush robes await you and could persuade you to lounge late into the day. The RanchHouse suite was built by the same master builder as the other two on the property and you will be delighted with this upscale, tastefully furnished accommodation with the utmost privacy and beautiful view. It is located on the far side of the property at Sycamore Springs with it's own entrance by a level walkway from the paved parking area to the front door. After a day of hiking, biking and sight-seeing, this suite embraces you, relaxes you and restores you for tomorrow's adventures.
