Our imaginative setting is simply located convenient to I-5, minutes from the airport and all downtown Redding locations.  We are a stones throw to Lake Shasta and Whiskeytown Lake destinations.

The lease stipulates no smoking inside, or within 25 feet of any buildings.  This is a working ranch with livestock and pet policies must be followed. The number of pets is limited and covers care and confinment of pets. Thank you for reading the entire document or call and ask about it's contents.  Lastly, we emphasize quality.  Sleeping is in bedrooms/beds only, our couches are not used as beds!---Thank you...Bonafide Group

• We accommodate people traveling with horses, boats and RVs. Lots of room on this 23 acre ranch located less then a mile off I-5.

Redding area has everything to offer you! Including (but not limited to):

1-2 bedroom, sleeping 1-4 people. $110/night to $650/week.

3 bedroom, sleeping 1-6 people. $185/night to $1100/week.

4 bedroom, sleeping 1-8 people. $240/night to $1440/week.

Nightly rates have a two night minimum. If you're only able to stay with us one night we can accomodate you but there is a $25 cleaning fee.

There is a $25 cleaning fee for pets and a one pet limit. 

Monthly rates do not include the $200 monthly housekeeping fee.  Our firm provides regular housekeeping during your longer term stays. The price on these long term stays can be negotiated. Please call!
