Minutes from Sun Bay you will find an 18-hole championship golf
course, movie theatres, restaurants, and miniature golf. The
recently expanded North Carolina Aquarium is within walking distance.

The rental rate includes all linens, with beds made, as well as a
starter supply of toiletry items. The rate also includes the
reservation fee from the management company. All rentals are subject
to a 12% Sales and Occupancy Tax.
Maximum Occupancy of 6 People is Strictly Enforced. No Exceptions.
The unit rents on a Sunday to Sunday basis during the prime season.
