entire island including Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach.

Minutes from Sun Bay you will find an 18-hole 
championship golf course, amusement parks, movie theatres, 
restaurants, and miniature golf.  The recently expanded North 
Carolina Aquarium is within walking distance.

Prime      (Jun 15 - Aug 9):     $1,680
In Season  (Aug 10 - Aug 31):    $1,530
Shoulder   (Sep 1 - Oct  25):    $  930
Winter     (Oct  26 - Dec 31):   $  730

All rentals are subject to a 12% Sales and Occupancy Tax. 

Maximum Occupancy of 6 People is Strictly Enforced. No Exceptions.
The unit rents on a Sunday to Sunday basis during the prime season.
