The rental rate includes all linens, with beds made and towels hung, as well as a
generous starter supply of toiletry items. This rate also includes the
reservation and hospittality fees from the management company and departure cleaning.  All rentals are subject to Sales and Occupancy Tax.

The unit rents on a Sunday to Sunday weekly basis during the prime season.
