Vacation Rental Description

Whether there are two of you looking for nice getaway or a group of 
12, this is the place for you!  This 5 bedroom (3 with king beds, 1 
with 2 queen beds and a children’s room with bunk beds and a crib), 
3 
full bathroom home with private pool is lavishly decorated and has 
everything you need for the perfect getaway!

The kitchen is complete with upgraded amenities including commercial 
sized refrigerator, oven/stove and 2 dishwashers.  Anything and 
everything you would need to enjoy a nice meal can be found 
including 
a blender, toaster, coffee maker and microwave.

Wake up and enjoy a nice breakfast in the sunroom off of the family 
room or sit by the private pool.  The family room and 3 out of the 5 
bedrooms have TV’s along with DVD players and/or VCR’s.  The large 
master bedroom with spacious bathroom has its own private sunroom 
that overlooks the canal.  High speed wireless internet is available 
along with cable and there is a spacious laundry room with a full 
sized washer and dryer for you to use.

This home is within walking distance of the beach, great restaurants 
and shops.  Beach towels are provided for your use.  You will also 
find chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys to use at the beach.

If you don't feel like spending the day at the beach, just go to the 
16x26 private pool in the backyard.  Soak up the sun on the lounge 
chairs and benches or sit in the shade under one of two tables with 
umbrellas.  While enjoying the pool, cookout on the gas grill and 
then enjoy gazing at the stars while sitting at the fire pit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a fully equipped kitchen with commercial sized 
refrigerator, 
oven/stove, two dishwashers and a large quantity of dishes, 
utensils, 
pots/pans and silverware.  A blender, toaster, coffee maker and 
microwave are also included.

There is a private 16x26 pool with plenty of seating, gas grill and 
fire pit.  Beech towels are provided for use at the beach or pool.  
Chairs, umbrellas, coolers and sand toys are available for use at 
the 
beach.  

There is a large supply of bath towels and linens.  The home is air-
conditioned with high speed wireless internet and cable.  There are 
plenty of TV’s with DVD players and/or VCR’s and a full sized washer 
and dryer are also available for use.

Vacation Rental Rates

$3,000.00 per week.  Weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday.

50% reservation deposit ($1,500.00) is due at the time the 
reservation is made.  The reservation will not be complete until the 
deposit is received.  $1,000.00 refundable security deposit (this is 
not cashed- it is held until your departure and only used if the 
house is not left in the condition that you found it in), the 
remaining rent ($1,500.00) and a $100.00 cleaning fee is due 30 days 
prior to your arrival.

The reservation deposit is refunable if cancellation is made 60 days 
prior to the date of arrival.  If unforeseen circumstances arise 
where we cannot rent the house, we will refund your money in full.
