"Be Our Guest" guest house in Belmar

 "Be Our Guest" guest house is located at 201 11th Ave. Belmar is a resort village on the Jersey Shore. The guest house is for room rentals, not a house rental. There are four miles of pristine beaches and many water activities such as surfing, swimming, fishing and sunbathing. Stroll on our boardwalk. The Shark River marina offers fishing, cruising and party boats. Our guest house is one short block from the ocean. There are many wonderful restaurants, shopping nightlife and amusements. Belmar is accessible by car, bus or railroad and only one hour from New York City.

Community room has large flat screen TV and new kitchen for your convenience if you wish to do some light cooking (self service), air conditioned, new bathrooms, house has been totally remodeled!

Weekly up to 2 weeks: $775 a week, full size bed single occupancy /  $850 double occupancy

3 to 6 wks: $750 (single occupancy) per week (add $75 for two persons)

7 to 8 wks: $720 (single occupancy) per week (add $75 for two persons)

Nightly rates 125 to 200  per room Holidays are slightly higher

Mid September to May rentals are for month to month and rates range from $400 to $600 per month.
