Welcome! Come vacation, relax, and make yourself at home in my BEACHFRONT, OCEANFRONT CONDO in the SUNBIRD Resort, which is located directly on the white sugary sands of Panama City Beach!

Enjoy STUNNING VIEWS of the GULF OF MEXICO and MILES OF BEACH from your PRIVATE BALCONY--no other condos or balconies looking in at you like many other Sunbird units have!  Imagine sipping your first cup of morning coffee on your balcony ... see the beautiful white sandy beach, watch the gorgeous sunrise down the beach coastline, listen to the sounds of the surf, smell that ocean and beach scent!  It can't be beat!! Look carefully and you may even see some dolphins swim by!  Don't forget to look down ... you also have a view of the East Pool and decking area as well!

If you like sitting on the beach with your toes in the white sand and maybe reading a good book, or maybe enjoying a good game of beach volleyball, then just step outside! I've even got a couple beach chairs waiting for you!  If you would rather do some parasailing or rent a wave runner, then just walk up to the beach booth outside Sunbird and sign up!  If golfing, fishing, visiting water parks or amusement parks, souvineer shops is your thing, then you're in the right place, as there's tons here to do for everyone! 

My comfortable and tastefully decorated 10th Floor unit in the gated Sunbird Condominium complex is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! It is owned and maintained by me, so you are assured of personal attention and assistance when renting my condo, and I want you to feel right at home!  

This family oriented complex sits ON THE BEACH AND GULF, has three pools, a Clubhouse with pool table, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a gated entrance. Located on the prestigious Thomas Drive, it is conveniently located to tons of restaurants, attractions, and the new outdoor Pier Park Mall!  We're ready and waiting for you to enjoy the area and have a great vacation!

My condo is fully furnished and nicely stocked for your enjoyment. It features brand new beautiful 16" ceramic tile floor (great for easy cleanup!), convenient keyless door entry (no worry about losing keys in the sand!), flat screen TV, DVD & VCR, Sofa with full size sleeper and Loveseat with Twin Sleeper (plenty of linens for both and memory foam toppers as well!), towels, washcloths, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and a kitchen with all full-size appliances that is fully equipped -  including coffee pot, microwave, blender, toaster, and plenty of pots, pans and silverware.  Just stock up your favorite food and beverages from Wal-Mart which is located right around the corner!  My place is "Mom-Approved"!!

If you don't feel like cooking in, or driving anywhere, then just walk right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant for lunch or dinner, or sit outside on their tiki bar pier for drinks and watch the sun set! Be sure to buy a tee-shirt from their gift shop too!

Sept-December  (9/11 - 12/31): ....................$75/night; or $450/week.

December - $850/month.

Sunbird HOA requires:  Parking Sticker $15 (purchase on-site); $2/wristbands.

Security/Damage Deposit: $175, fully refundable upon departure if no damage.  This also holds your reserveration for you.
