This lovely condo is located on one of the prime beach spots in all of South Haven. Walk out the rear door to a large community deck situated on a wide expanse of beach. Watch the sunsets from  the deck that is well furnished with tables, chairs and lounges. The complex has a large, heated pool, and you are just a few steps from a wide, private beach. Beach walkers can stroll for miles without obstruction. Feel like shopping or dining? Walk out the front door and you are only minutes from parks, harbor, town, restaurants.

Inside you'll find the condo successfully blends style with comfort. The modern kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and dishes for dining inside or out on the deck, enjoying the view!

The living/dining combination provides ample seating with a love seat and a queen size hide-a-bed sofa. There is a 25" cable TV, DVD, VCR for guests to enjoy.  WiFi is available in the unit.

The bedroom is spacious and contains a queen size bed, a dresser, and large closet.

The bath provides a tub and shower combination.

Unit is equipped with air conditioning.   Kitchen has all large and small appliances, cooking utensils, dishes, etc.  All linens are furnished (please bring your own beachtowels).  The Property has heated pool in season. There are barbeque grills, tables, chairs and lounges for all guests to enjoy on the deck.  Coin operated laundry located down the hall.  Private parking, private beach.

South Haven is located along LAKE MICHIGAN , offering boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or just walking the beach, which goes for miles.  The condo is located within easy walking distance to downtown, shopping, restaurants, the local deli, small movie theatre,  the pier and SOUTH HAVEN'S LIGHTHOUSE!!  Summertime brings the HARBORFEST, FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS, ART FAIRS AND BLUEBERRY FESTIVAL!! Art and craft shows are held in the City park 3-4 times a year. There are also wineries and art galleries within easy driving distance. 

This unit rents Saturday to Saturday, by the WEEK only.
