CANCELATIONS
If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your security deposit will be returned
If you cancel less than 60 days and prior to 45 days, your security deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel less than 45 days and prior to 30 days, you will be responsible for 50% rental fee.
If you cancel less than 30 days you will be responsible for 100% rental fee -there will be no
refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
