Two  bedrooms with queen size beds and private baths. The house has a gourmet kitchen, six burner Viking stove, stainless steel appliances, living room with stone fireplace, den with queen size pullout sleeper sofa, and dining room that seats ten people. There are two cable tv's, high speed internet and phone. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, dishes etc... Towels and linens are provided as well as beach chairs and beach towels. The guest house is walking distance to an ocean cove and a mile or so to sandy beaches, shopping, restaurants, boating, kayaking, zoo and much more. Also near the towns of Kitterry, Oqunqit and Kenebunkport and Portsmouth New Hampshire. The property is private with extensive perrennial gardens on a one acre park like setting. Apri is $595 to $795 a week plus tax (tax is added on to all quoted prices)   May is $595- $895 a week, In season rates of July and August are $1,695 -$1,795 a week plus tax, June is $795 to $1,795,  September is $1,095 to $1,295 a week and October is $1095 to $1295 a week
