Please note this property is located in Oregon, Illinois! This Grand Estate located in beautiful Oregon, Il, is set in a tranquil setting with beautiful views anywhere you look.  The entire house has been redone over the past few years.  It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of your busy everyday lives. 

This home features the space you need to relax and enjoy yourselves as a couple or a get-together with family or friends.  Even for that meeting the just needs a refreshing new idea.

The rooms are large which is very hard to find in a new or older home.  There are 4+ bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.  The bedrooms feature a king bed in the master suite, which also has its own private bathroom.  There are also 3 queen beds and 3 twin beds in the remaining bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa and roll-away bed. 

The house also has two kitchens, the main kitchen on the lower floor that can easily seat 6-8 people, and one on the upper level that can seat 4 comfortably.  Both kitchens are fully equipped for your culinary pleasure. 

 The dinette on the main floor can seat 12 people in one seating.

 Along with a kitchen and dinette on the main floor there is a huge formal living room, family room, office, and full old fashion bathroom, complete with shower and claw foot tub.

 The foyer hosts a full sized sleigh for those photos that you will treasure, and an enclosed front porch with breathtaking views. 

 On the upper level, the features are 4+ bedrooms, family room, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. 

The enclosed front porch is a pleasure to have that morning coffee or just relax and read a book midday or take in the veiw of the Blackhawk statue on the Rock River at the end of the day.

 The 22 x 44 deck on the back of the house will allow you plenty of relaxation also. 

The house stands on 1.8 acres of ground, which is surrounded by nature and beauty. In season, there is an in-ground pool w/pool house. THE POOL IS NOW OPEN!, (in season.)

The house is very close to the Rock River, where you can go fishing, boating, etc.  Fun for the whole family! STAY RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY AND ENJOY THE IN-GROUN POOL COMPLETE WITH POOL HOUSE!!!

  The house is right outside of the town of Oregon, where you can visit the antique shops and many restaruants they have to offer.

  There is also 3 public golf courses near the home called Silver Ridge Golf Course, Sunset Golf Club, and Lost Nation Golf Club. 

 Oregon is also near the cities of Byron, Rockford, and Dixion.

Check-in: 4 p.m.

Cleaning Fee is $150.00, of which is partially refundable if normal cleaning is only required.

Payments by Cashiers check, Money order, Personal Check, (if arranged prior).

50% Deposited Required on Reservation, Balance Due 90 Days prior to Rental.

Deposite Non-Refundable for Cancelations 60 Days prior to Rental.
