The rate is $2000 per month with a 2 month minimum stay required

Rates inlcude a $100 per month electric credit

One time cleaning fee of $80

We require $500 to hold the reservation. The deposit is refunded 10 days after departure once the unit is cleaned and checked.

Payment is due in Full 45 days prior to arrival date.
