The rate is $2500 per month with a 2 month minimum stay required. We are currently offering an opportunity for someone who is interested in a 6 month consecutive stay a rate of $1800 per month or a 3 month consecutive stay of $2000 per month.
Rates inlcude a $100 per month electric credit
One time cleaning fee of $150
We require $500 to hold the reservation. The deposit is refunded 10 days after departure once the unit is cleaned and checked.
Payment is due in Full 45 days prior to arrival date.
