If you enjoy the outdoors bring your off road vehicles and enjoy the forest.  There are plenty of private roads for quad riding, hiking trails, bike trails and fishing holes that surround this home.  If you just want to relax, you have three decks to just set and enjoy the beauty of nature and wildlife. 

Within ten minutes of Route 66 in historic downtown Williams, Arizona, and the Grand Canyon Railway where children, and the young at heart, can take a ride on the Polar Express during the Holidays, or take the historic train to the Grand Canyon.

60 miles from one of the seven wonders of the world the Grand Canyon and within one mile of the Elk Ridge Ski Resort that is open year round for outdoor activities.  The Williams area has plenty to do including hiking, fishing, biking, quadding, and a variety of family activities, including the Deer Farm, a great children's petting zoo.
