The 7000 square-foot lawn around the pool provides ample space for sun bathing; several furnished loggias and patios offer plenty of dining options. The interior features a sophisticated mix of fine antique furniture complemented by ultra-modern kitchen and bathrooms with travertine tiles and pecan wood cabinets.

Inspired by classical Tuscan country villas, the buildings were designed to incorporate old world charm with modern convenience. Exposed wood beams, plaster walls and mission tile roofs are accented by classical arches, niches and hand-carved stonework.
