- 12/1/11--4/30/12: $1000 weekly, $3000 monthly (2 week minimum)
- 5/1/12--8/31/12: $700 weekly, $2200 monthly (2 week minimum)
Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates.
Also add a one-time housekeeping fee of $75 and $100 condo application fee.
Full rent, taxes and fees are due 30 days prior to arrival and are non-refundable. $500 deposit guarantees reservation, and becomes security deposit which will be returned upon departure, assuming no damage to unit.
