• 5/1/10--8/31/10: $800 weekly, $1900 monthly (2 week minimum)

Please add 12% Florida state and county sales tax to all rental rates.
Also add a one-time housekeeping fee of $75 and $100 condo application fee.
Full rent, taxes and fees are due 30 days prior to arrival and are non-refundable. $500 deposit guarantees reservation, and becomes security deposit which will be returned upon departure, assuming to damage to unit.
