Large 900 sq ft 1 bedroom loft overlooking Gallery Row in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Corner unit with lots of natural light, exposed brick, modern kitchen and 1st class amenities. Wrap-around views of the busy streets down below.
The polished concrete floors, exposed beams, and high ceilings in this unit are unique compared to other areas of Los Angeles built post-WWII. Building constructed in 1914 and completely modernized throughout inside in 2006.
Unit is in the heart of the art walk which takes place on the 2nd Thursday of every month. Within walking distance are numerous cafes, restaurants, and nightlife including Bottega Louie, The Association, Edison, and Cole's Original.
Clean white linens provided and extra queen-sized + twin aerobeds available when needed for extra guests. Very fast WiFi, Hulu Plus and Netflix Streaming available on TV. Apartment is professionally cleaned for each guest. Pool and hot tub on roof with views (seasonal).
Parking available in secure structure at $7/day. From apt it's a 20 min drive to West Hollywood/Beverly Hills, 20 min drive to Santa Monica/Venice Beach.
