Kelleys Kottage in New Braunfels

Fantastic cottage on the banks of the Gaudalupe River. Perfectly located within walking distance
to Schlitterbahn or downtown New Braunfels Main Plaza.It's only an additional 20-30 minute float
passed the last public access. Get out at our property, walk up, shower off,
and jump in the private pool or hot tub. Then when the sunsets you're only 2.1 miles from Historic
Gruene, where the famous Gruene Hall is located and favorites such as George Strait, Willy Nelson,
and many others have played. Kelleys Kottage is cozy, charming and a perfect vacation destination.
Some say it's a little piece of "paradise".

The living room area has a sleeper sofa, large TV, vcr/dvd player. The cottage has an open floor
plan that leads to the fully stocked beautiful kitchen. You will have access to a full size
washer/dryer.The bathroom is adorable and fully stocked as well. Every room in this cozy 1,200 sq ft
cottage is full of beautiful art and decor.

We have three very distnctly different bedrooms each with it's own theme.
#1 "The Safari Room" has a queen size bed,beautiful english vintage armoires and furnishings. You
can enjoy the veiw through the sliding glass door over looking the beautiful pool and waterfall.

#2 "The Scarlett Room" has a collection of 'Gone With The Wind' memorbillia. A beautiful day bed
that converts into two twin beds. Slide open your glass door and step on the veranda to paradise!
#3 "The Bunny Room" has a queen size bed with french vintage furniture. It's decorated with
whimsical bunnies and love. The perfect room for sweet dreams!

This lovely cottage has everything you could need for a perfect vacation, including a Massage
Therapist on call for poolside massage or in the privacy of your cottage! (Reservations Required)

There is so much to do, or so little to do, pending on your mood. Grill your own picnic on the patio
with your own large gas grill. Swim in the pool, or float down the river. Relax in the hot tub as
you gaze at the stars. Explore Natural Bridge Caverns nearby, and Snake Farm if you like snakes!!
Thrill the kids or yourself at Schlitterbahn WaterPark or hunt for antiques and dance the night
away. In New Braunfels there is always something going on.
