This is a smoke free cabin.  If it is found that there has been smoking in the cabin, or careless smoking on the property, there will be an additional clean up fee charged to the renter and taken out of the damage deposit provided.  No butts discarded on the grass, driveway, deck or beach is acceptable.  

Pets are allowed upon approval but pets are not allowed to be left alone in the cabin for any reason.

All prices are in Canadian Funds.

50% booking fee is required to hold reservation and balance to be paid within 30 days prior to arrival.

Damage deposit required $1000 and will be refunded within 10 days of departure.  You need to provide a post dated cheque prior to your arrival or cash upon arrival for the deposit.  Any additional clean fee is taken from this deposit.
