There's nothing like soaking in the sun on Christmas Day!

And while you're here you can enjoy the tropical lifestyle at 1 of 3 pools or along the sandy white beach that is just a short walk away thru our own private beach access! Or maybe you'd like a game of tennis or racquetball at one of our courts. Maybe you'd rather exercise in our gym with state of the art equipment. Or maybe you just want to relax in our two bedroom decorated sparkling clean, bright, and comfortable condo. We'd love to share our second home with you. It's so much nicer than a hotel room.

We have everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation! We even have your beach towels, beach umbrella and beach blanket. And for you fishermen, the surf rod's waiting. Go kayaking in the Thousand Islands nearby while you keep an eye out for dolphins, manatees and birds. Or go to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge or Canaveral National Seashore to go birdwatching, hiking and kayaking. They're all close by.

If you just want to relax, there's a new 37 inch HDTV, or if books or games are more your style, we have those for you too! If you can't stay off of the internet for work or pleasure we offer highspeed internet access in our condo. There's also  wifi in our clubhouse as well as an available computer there. That way you can walk right inside from the pool or beach if you're expecting an important email and want to take a quick break from the sun.

Maybe you just want to take a vacation from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the beach, go deep sea fishing, go out in the gambling ship and enjoy all the restaurants and nightspots at the beach. It's an easy walk down the beach to Cocoa Beach Pier with all their restaurants. We're also only a couple of minutes from all the great restaurants and lounges at Port Canaveral.

It's only a stone's throw to the Beachline Expressway, making it about a 40 minute drive to Orlando airport or 60 to Disney, Universal and Sea World.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age
unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything you could need, our first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was built in 2002. Queen bed in master with its own TV and bath with oversized walk-in shower, full size thick, comfortable futon in 2nd bedroom with close by bath with tub. Living room has plush queen sleep sofa with top of the line mattress. All 3 rooms also lead out to lanai with table and chairs.

Condo amenities also include built-in microwave, your own in-condo full size washer & dryer, fridge with ice maker, cable TV and DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster oven, crock pot, pots, pans, dishware, etc. Thick, soft towels in the bathrooms and soft linens in the bedrooms with new pillows.

Both bedrooms and living room are newly carpeted with balance of condo beautifully tiled. Custom blinds throughout and ceiling fans in livingroom and master bedroom. 2 assigned parking spaces right out in front of the 1st floor unit. No searching for a space a the end of the day or flight of steps to climb.
