Higgins Lake SunnySide Cottage in Higgins Lake

Charming knotty pine cottage on beautiful Higgins Lake. Sleeps up
to seven. One bedroom with bunk beds, bottom bunk is a full size
bed. Two twin beds and futon in living room. Updated carpeting,
furniture, and accessories. Beautiful climate controlled gas
fireplace, premium cable television, VCR, DVD player, full kitchen
with microwave, toaster, coffee maker. All furnishings, blankets,
pillows and dish towels are provided. We ask that you please bring
your own bed sheets, wash cloths and bath/beach towels. There is no
washer/dryer available at the cottage.

Upon your departure, we would appreciate it if each renter please
left the cottage as they found it. We ask that you leave the
kitchen clean, put the dishes in the cupboards, collect your trash
and put it in garbage bags and put all dirty towels and washcloths
on the counter. Cleaning supplies, vacuum, etc. are provided.
Please shut all windows and doors and return your key if one was
issued.
Sunnyside Cottage is uniquely decorated and expresses the
personality of its owners. The owners shall not be responsible for
providing any additional furnishings. Equipment failures will be
repaired as quickly as possible after being reported.

rentals
$250.00 security deposit is required at the time of reservation, or
you may pre pay for your vacation week in full. We will accept
travelers checks, money orders, and cashier's checks - no personal
checks accepted.
Reservations are made up to two years in advance, so if you are
interested in a specific vacation week, please book early!
No rentals will be permitted to ANYONE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE.
Cancellation Policy
NO refunds will be issued for any reason including early departures,
inclement weather, emergencies, etc. Additionally, the number of
nights reserved cannot be decreased. If for some reason you are not
able to fulfill your commitment and we are able to reschedule your
reserved vacation week, one-hundred percent (100%) of the rental
price will be refunded, minus your security deposit.
Once your security deposit has been submitted, it is non-
refundable. Rescheduling is permitted ONE time if the request is
received at the time of cancellation, and if your alternate vacation
week is available.
