Recently updated, this 1,200 square foot home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus an office (or small 3rd bedroom), exposed wood beams, tongue in groove pine, fresh paint, tile and wood floors throughout, and high ceilings upstairs.

In a gated community, the house sits at 7,400 feet in elevation on just over an acre of land. It is located on the paved road, which is well - maintained in winter.

The views from the master and large front porch are spectacular. Back porch and back / side yards are secluded, and great for reading or BBQ's in the summer. During winter, snowmobile trails, snow shoeing, and cross-country skiing can be enjoyed without leaving the community.

Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, and Linens are provided.  The cabin is heated using propane, wood stove, or electric baseboard.

 Heber City is home to hot-springs, golf-courses, fishing, hiking, biking, horse back riding, the 2002 Olympic cross-country course, and more! Homestead resort has year-round scuba-diving in its famous "Crater" with a water temperature of 90 degrees. Also close by are two lakes, Jordanelle Reservoir. and Deer Creek, which are popular spots for swimming, fishing and water-skiing. Soldier Hollow offers cross country skiing.  Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts offer skiing, tubing, and sledding.  Park City Main Street (location of the Sundance Film Festival) offers fine dining, events during the summer and winter seasons, shopping, geneology, and more.
