Brookings House in Brookings

A new 3-Bedroom House located at 932 7th Street in Brookings, OR.  The home is situated on a beautifully landscaped lot is located in a nice neighborhood within a five minute drive to downtown, the Port of Brookings Harbor and Sporthaven Beach.  Large off-street parking for Boat, RV and/or multiple vehicles.  2,674 sq. ft. of living area that consists of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are master suites. The main level is wheelchair accessible. The upper master suite features a bathroom with a corner jetted tub. It even has its own, private balcony! The third bedroom is also upstairs with twin beds.  The large, upstairs family room has a hide-a-bed. There is also a small office that we converted into a bedroom with a single bed and an ocean peek! The kitchen is located at the heart of the home.  The dining area leads to the covered deck area that is perfect for barbeques.  A perfect fit for a one week get-a-way for the whole family.

This house acts as a great base after a great day of ocean fishing, (Salmon, bottom fishing or chasing Tuna), Chetco and/or Rogue River fishing (Salmon, Sea run Cutthroat Trout, Steelhead);  touring the awesome Redwood forests (Trees of Mystery, South Fk. Smith River driving loop, Picnic up the Chetco River); spending a day at the beach (Winchuck/Chrissey Beach, Sprothaven Beach, Mill Beach, Lone Ranch Beach, Pistol River Beach); and visiting the local merchants (Art galleries, coffee shops, local fish markets).  After a full day of activities come home to a healthy cooked dinner and peaceful nights sleep.

Rates are based on occupancy and length of stay.  This is directly related to clean-up and maintenance.  The base cost is $35/person/night with a maximium cost of $250/night.  Bedding is provided for 3 couples and 2 singles for a total of 8 people.
