Beautiful Condo on the Beach in Cocoa Beach

This beautiful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo, located in The Diplomat,
is about 1/2 mile South of Ron Jon's Surf Shop. It is just off
of A1A, directly across the street and easy walking distance to a
grocery store, restaurants, a bar, and shopping. It is minutes from
local attractions and the Kennedy Space Center. It has a great view
of the shuttle and rocket launches from the beach.
This condo is furnished with everything we could think of to
make your stay more enjoyable:
Beach and pool toys
Lawn chairs
Beach Towels/Towels and Linnens
Fully Furnished Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, blender,
coffee-maker and all utensils and dishes.
Both bedrooms have a queen bed and dresser, plus lots of closet
space and shelves
Living room has a comfortable sleeper couch
The beachfront condo complex has it's own gated boardwalk to the
ocean (see photo above), a community recreation center, shuffleboard
and tennis courts, laundry facilities, and a pool with a club house
(see photo above).

Only a few shuttle and rocket launches left, EVER!! With Kennedy Space Center announcing they are cancelling the space program you only have a few chances left to see a piece of history. I have included a schedule for 2009-2010, for more detailed information, go directley to Kennedy Space Center's website. Our condo is located only a few miles from the launch pad, I have personally watched a few launches from the beach, What a great view!!! Or head down to the causeway and see it up close!!! It really is amazing. We have availability for a few launch weekends, email me and I will work out a great quote!!

These prices include tax. The fluctuation in rates is based on the
season.
*Renters must sign a two week lease, however negotiations may be
made if renters will not be staying the entire time of the lease. A one week lease is available.
