Location: 108 Cloverdale Avenue - Villas, NJ 08251-- only 5.1 miles to the Cape May beaches. We are in Cape May county- Lower township on the bayside. Beautiful remodeled vacation home.

A family with a dog would feel very at home here. There's a fenced in yard for small kids and the family pet. Adults can relax around the table on the back deck and watch the action. On a rainy day, just dial in a movie on the on demand cable TV system. You will love the beautiful large kitchen with center island and bar stools.

You'll appreciate the central location. If you walk in one direction, you hit the Delaware Bay beach. Walk in the other direction and you're at the main business byway, with its restaurants. Of course, you can also rustle up some chow in the spacious kitchen. Or treat the family and drive into Cape May for dinner out.

Like to move? Safe walking, bike riding, jogging in the quiet and restful neighborhood. Friendly people.

Like Beach activities? Quiet,  Delaware bay beach is just down the street. Fishing, shell collecting, kayaking, sailing are all up to you. Great for picnics and watching the glorious sunsets.

Just like to rest? This is a very quiet area. Get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist traps.  You will truly be on 'Vacation' in this home.

Where is the beach and ocean?

1. Of course, our beach in the Villas is the Delaware bay beach(not the ocean) and it is right down the street although swimming is bay water- not like the ocean. Accessed by a very short path. I like to swim there - it doesn't get deep. Dogs are welcome.

2. The OCEAN at Cape May beaches: it is 12 minutes and 5.1 miles to get to Cape May beaches and the ocean from my address in the Villas. Need to buy beach tags. Enter by way of West Cape May to avoid late summer traffic.

3. The OCEAN beaches at Wildwood are 8.5 miles (17 minutes) away. A really fun boardwalk and water park are located in Wildwood.

4. They have good beaches in Townbank (next small town below Villas) that are free and you can sail your boat there. Those are only about 2 miles away. Bay water but very clear, gentle waves,
very warm. These beaches are accessible on that main road that follows along the bay heading to the ferry. Free.

5. Also, they can swim and have a great beach at the ferry beach- in the state park at ferry point- free- and only 3 miles away from my house. Again, very clear, shallow for a distance, great for
small kids, warm. This is my favorite b/c it's free, really large beach, great fishing, water is always so warm. Has portapotties, can watch the boats and ferries going out into the bay. No crowds. New large shady gazebo. I always take my guests here. Free parking.

Longer stays required for Holidays

$50 per pet fee non refundable.
$200 refundable security deposit/per wk.

Please crate your dog if you intend to leave them unattended.

Two dogs maximum and no puppies.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday
