The Cloverdale Cottage is a beautifully decorated  and comfortably furnished rental home. We are located just 1 and 1/2 blocks away from the Delaware Bay. We have sleeping available for 8 people in three nice sized bedrooms. All our furniture is brand new along with the stove and dishwasher. We have on-demand TV, hi speed internet and free long distance telephone service.  There are sliders off the kitchen that lead out to a large deck shaded by an oak tree that gives you a cool relaxing place to rest while the dog and the kids romp around the fenced in back yard. Right off the deck we have a bar-b-q grill.

Location:  Villas, NJ -- only 8 miles to the Cape May beaches. We are in Cape May county- Lower township on the bayside. Beautiful remodeled vacation home.

Watch the sunsets, search for star constellations at night or eat your breakfast early morning  on the back deck.

Walk or jog in the quiet and restful neighborhood. Friendly people. 

The quiet  Delaware bay beach is just down the street. Fishing, shell collecting, kayaking, sailing are all up to you. Great for picnics and watching the glorious sunsets. 

Rest in this very quiet area. Get away from the hustle and bustle of tourist traps.  You will truly be on 'Vacation' in this home. 



Of course, our beach in the Villas is the Delaware bay beach(not the ocean) and it is right down the street although swimming is bay water and not like the ocean.  It doesn't get deep.  Unlike the beaches in Cape May that only allow dogs on the beach from Sept 15-Apr 15th, our beaches welcome dogs all year long.

 The OCEAN at Cape May beaches is 8 miles from the Villas. Need to buy beach tags. Enter by way of West Cape May to avoid  summer traffic.

The OCEAN beaches at Wildwood are 8.5 miles (17 minutes) away. A really fun boardwalk and water park are located in Wildwood.

 They have good beaches in Townbank (next small town below Villas) that are free and you can sail your boat there. Those are only a few miles away. Bay water but very clear, gentle waves, very warm. These beaches are accessible on that main road that follows along the bay heading to the ferry. Free. 

Swim at a great beach at the ferry beach- in the state park at ferry point- free- and only a few miles away from my house. Again, very clear, shallow for a distance, great for small kids, warm. It's free, and a really large beach, great fishing, and the water is always so warm. It has portapotties and you can watch the boats and ferries going out into the bay. No crowds. New large shady gazebo.  Free parking.

Please crate your dog if you intend to leave them unattended.Two dogs maximum and no puppies. No cats.

No smoking in the house.

Weekly rentals(May 26-Oct 13).Check in Saturday 2pm and check out following Saturday 10am. Will rent up to 2 weeks. No monthly rentals.

Nightly rentals(Oct 13-May 25).2-3 nt min.Holidays require longer stays
