On Beach Fabulous Condo in New Smyrna Beach

Welcome to our Condo - right on the beach and with everything you need for a wonderful seaside vacation.

You have unrestriced view of the Atlantic ocean from the Master bedroom, Living room, Dining room and Kitchen. The sunrise view is particularly spectacular and should not be missed.

The Condo was fully refurbished and redecorated in 2008 to the highest standard and has recently been refurnished throughout for your comfort. This is at 1250 square feet, a roomy two bedroom two bathroom Condo with an additional 250 square foot, half moon shaped private balcony.
The Master bedroom overlooks the ocean through full size sliding doors and has a Queen size bed, large walkin closet, separate vanity area and onsuite bathroom with full size bath and shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed, fully furnished with a walkin closet and separate bathroom.
The Kitchen is fully equiped with new dishwasher, new fridge/freezer, new sink unit and a built-in microwave oven. The Dining area seats five looking through the living room with views of the ocean. Their is a large Living room fully furnished with views of the gardens, swimming pool and the ocean.

The Golden Arms has a private heated pool and resident only access to the beach. Condo users also have the use of their own garage with an electric operated door and secure access to the condominium.
Finally, our Condo is within walking distance to Flaggler Avenue which is home to many shops, fabulous restaurants and coffee shops.

You will need very little to enjoy your stay with us.
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with linen, TV, phone, large walk in closet, dressing/vanity area and bathroom with bath/shower and all towels.
The Second bedroom also has a Queen size bed with linen, walk in closet, fully furnished with separate bathroom with shower and all towels.
The Kitchen is fully equiped with a new dishwasher, a new fridge/freezer, a new sink and a built-in microwave oven. All cooking utensils, dishes, silverware and glasses.
The Large Living room has a TV, dvd, radio/cd, two sofa's and a loveseat with views to die for!
The Dining area has a table and five chairs.
The Balcony has two tables and five chairs.

Outside of the Condo their is a Garage with an electric opener per apartment, a coin operated Washer/Dryer, a large heated swimming pool with outdoor shower unit and private access to the beach.
Their is a Community room located on the first floor with wireless internet access, a shuffle board and mini golf green in the gardens and secure entrance to all doors in the Golden Arms.

New Smyrna beach was voted Florida's "Best Beach" by Florida Monthly Magazine. The beach offers 13 miles of superb clean sand and sea for swimming, surfing, shelling, jet skiing and sailing.
An hours drive will take you to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and the other must see attractions at Orlando.
The famous Kennedy Space Center is 45 minutes away and Daytona International Speedway is just 20 minutes away.
Take a five minute walk and you are on historic Flaggler Avenue with it's many interesting shops, fabulous range of restaurants and rental shops for fishing and scuba diving trips, bike and beach buggy hires.

Finally, this area of Florida has a magnificent selection of golf courses for all ages, skills and tastes and is also very affordable. Other sports include tennis, running and volley ball.
