Situated on the Beach Side of the Peppertree Complex ( Crescent Beach ) and on the north west side of a high rise building (facing the ocean ), the beach is just a two minute stroll within the property, with no streets to cross. Master bedroom has a king size bed, and guest bedroom has two twin size beds and bunkbeds.The apartment has a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron , ironing board, and ample storage space, all inside the unit. The unit has three television sets, dvd player and high speed wi fi connection. The unit has central air,and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room areas. A sunny lanai measuring 180 square feet with a sitting area and breakfast table and chairs is also available for your pleasure.The unit is provided with all the kitchen utensils and small appliances, such as blender, coffee maker, slow cooker, electric can opener, electric knife and toaster. Towels, linen, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are also provided

The Peppertree Bay complex includes many upgrades and amenities.  On the beach side of the property one can find the pool area and pool house with plenty of space for everyone to lay out by the pool. Tennis courts are also available, as well as a completely remodeled gym.  Near by, the club house can be used for breath taking entertaining. Finally the pool house has access to an outdoor grill overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

On the bay side a pool and club house are also available for use.  A large fishing pier located on the Sarasota Intercoastal Waterway is also available for everyone to use.

The main attraction however, is a private section of Crescent Beach rated one of the top beaches in the United States.

Beside the lazy beach days everyone desires once they arrive on Siesta Key,  Sarasota itself has many activities for everyone to enjoy. This includes shopping,first class restaurants, opera, theaters and several golf courses open to the public. The Tampa Area and Busch Gardens is just 50 minutes away and Disney World can be accessed in less than two hours.

High season is  December 15 through April 30 with a rate of  $1100.00 per week plus applicable taxes

Low season is May 1 through December 15 with a rate of  $750.00 per week plus applicable taxes

A  deposit of $200  is required to reserve the unit. The deposit will be returned within one week after the rental period ends. There will  be a cleaning fee of $75  per rental period.
