Situated on the Gulf side of the Peppertree complex and on the north west side of a high rise building (facing the ocean ), the beach is just a two minute stroll within the property. Master bedroom has a king size bed, and guest bedroom has two twin size beds ( convert to king size bed ,if desired ) and bunkbeds.The apartment has a laundry room with washer, dryer, and ample storage space inside the unit.The unit has three television sets, dvd player and high speed internet connection. A sunny lanai with 180 square feet is also available for your pleasure.

 Peppertree Bay includes many upgrades and amenities.  On the gulf side of the property one can find the pool area and pool house with plenty of sunning space for everyone to lay out by the pool. Tennis courts are also available, as well as his and hers gyms  Near by, the club house can be used for breath taking entertaining. Finally the pool house has access to an outdoor grill overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

On the bay side a pool and club house are also available for use.  A large pier located on the Sarasota Intercoastal Waterway is also on the bay side of the property.

The main attraction however, is a private section of Siesta Key Beach rated one of the top beaches in the United States.

Beside the lazy beach days everyone desires once they arrive on Siesta Key,  Sarasota itself has many activities for everyone to enjoy.

High season is  January through April with a base rate of  $1000.00 per week.

Low season is May through December with a base rate of  $750.00 per week. 

A refundable deposit of $200 per week, or $500 per month is required to secure the unit. There will be a charge of $50 for cleaning per rental period.
