A great ground floor beach condo, only 30' to the beach. You will absolutely love our unit. Nothing but grass between the patio and the beach. Panoramic ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.

Fully equipped kitchen including-microwave oven, coffee pot, toaster, etc. All bed linens and towels are furnished. Inside washer and dryer. New 42" HDTV, 1030 pixels, with DVD player. Ethernet access port for all of the computer nerds that have to bring it. Pool, tennis, shuffleboard, pool deck, with on site manager to assist your needs.

Great family-no driving- beach. Good ocean fishing. (I have caught 37 varieties of fish in waist deep water here!) One of the finest "Silver Sand" beaches in Florida, 100' wide at low tide. Fun shopping at the quaint downtown shops on Flagler and Canal St. on the mainland. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. (Don't miss Ocean's Seafood!) The National Seashore is a few miles further south. Drive to Cape Kennedy, just 2 hours South. Disney World, and all of the other world's in Orlando are 90 minutes away. Ninety minute drive to St. Augustine as well. So much to do, with so little time! Lots of fun.

vacation rental rates

Current weekly rate is $1295.00 but I am offering an August Special at $900.00 per week. The one time cleaning fee is $75.00 and the Sales Tax is 12.75%.
