Vacation Rental Description

180 degree views like this are hard to come by. Imagine yourself  
sitting at the dining table watching the action below you on Sail  
Bay; water-skiers, catamarans, sail boats, kite-surfers. Join the  
people on the boardwalk riding bikes, skating, jogging, or just  
strolling at leisure. Sip wine on the balcony as you watch the sunset  
over the ocean or walk around the bay ten minutes to the Pacific Ocean 
to watch for the green flash. At night you will see the two big 
paddle-wheel boats cruise right by your window, the lights of the 
strand across the bay and the moonlight reflecting off the water.  
 
This Non-Smoking 1 bedroom condo also features a Queen guest bed that  
pulls down from the wall right in front of the sliding glass doors  
and you have the sensation that you are sleeping over the water. You  
wake up to the most incredible changing colors on the bay. Pelicans  
sitting on the buoys and egrets standing on the shore. Open the  
triple panel sliding glass door all the way and you will feel like  
you are dining outside over the water.  
 
Professionally decorated in the colors of the extensive shell  
collection displayed on specially lit shelves, cabinets, and in  
dining table. Adjustable mood lighting throughout. Gas-log fireplace  
turns on in an instant. This is a very romantic place! I also have 4 
beach cruiser bicycles for cruising the miles and miles of beach and 
bay boardwalks.

Activities and Attractions

All major San Diego points of interest are just minutes away  
including San Diego Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and La Jolla,  
historic Gaslamp District, Little Italy, Old Town, San Diego Harbor,  
SeaPort Village & hundreds of restaurants. World class golf courses, 
birding & other attractions abound in San Diego area. Rentals 
available on Mission Bay/beach: sailboat, catamaran, jet-ski, canoes, 
bicycles, surfboard & skates. Belmont Park is just a few blocks away & 
features amusement park rides such as the lovingly restored 1920's 
wooden roller coaster  & "The Plunge", an Olympic size 1920's indoor 
swimming pool. Walks around the bay & watching the sunset on the beach 
are free! A little farther away is San Diego Wild Animal Park, 
LegoLand, the historic gold mining town of Julian (Apple Pie and 
cider!) in the 
mountains and the Anzo Borrego Desert State Park and visitors center.

08/16/2007 to 09/01/2008 $1595/wk  
09/02/08 to 05/20/09 $199/nt or $1295/wk; $3695/mo  
No additional charge for 4th of July week, other holidays 10-20% higher. 
City tax 10.5% and cleaning/laundry fee $85 additional. 
One third down will hold reservation until 30 days prior when balance 
is due.  
$500 Security Deposit or credit card on file.  
Full payment due 30 days before your stay. 
Cancellation policy - full refund except for $50 over 30 days out 
within 30 days I will refund what I can rebook. Travel ins. avail.
