The lanaii, which opens to the harbor and pool areas, is accessible from both the living room and master suite with large sliding glass doors.

Our entire guest condo is newly & brightly decorated and fully furnished in Tommy Bahama-Florida style.
The large master bedroom suite includes a T.V., walk-in closet, bathroom with separate shower and tub.
The 2 guest bedrooms include a bathroom, queen bed, double futton and desk.
The living room, with T.V and DVD, overlooks the harbor.
The dining room table seats 6.
The brightly decorated kitchen and dinette, which seats 4, overlook both the pool and harbor.
3 entrance doors, from the courtyard, the lanaii, and one guest bedroom.
Large windows throughout all rooms with Plantation Shutters offer complete privacy & complement the bright open views of the marine harbor, the swimming pool and garage & landscaped yard.
